Good Spice

Ingredients
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano

Make a big batch of this spice mix (doubled, tripled, quadrupled, etc) and use it on fuckin' everything. Save it in a jar and keep it with your spices.

Really any vegetable you want to roast will work great with this. Toss any hearty vegetable you like (broccoli, broccolini, asparagus, squash, wedged potatoes, etc) with olive oil, salt, and Good Spice. Roast on a sheet pan at 400° for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and slightly charred. Toss halfway through to cook more evenly.

Also goes great on eggs for breakfast! Add it to the scramble before cooking or on top while frying.

Homemade croutons? No problem bro. Cube some bread, drizzle in olive oil, sprankle with salt and Good Spice, and bake in the oven at 400° until brown and crispy. Check every 5 minutes or so and turn/flip the croutons so they toast evenly.
