Oat and Flax Seed Rolls

Ingredients
350g room temperature water
308g all purpose flour
75g quick oats
43g flax seeds
3.5g yeast
1 ½ tbsp canola oil
½ tbsp honey
½ tbsp salt



In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm water and let it sit for a few minutes.

Mix in the rest of the ingredients and stir into a soft, paste-like dough.

Cover with plastic and let the dough rise in the fridge overnight.

Scoop into large, sloppy buns onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

Bake at 430° for 18-20 minutes until firm and baked through.

Enjoy with soft cheeses and berry jams.
